Feilan Trade is a growth loop system for foreign trade teams, providing the following core features:

Customer asset management
Multi-channel outreach (including WhatsApp, email, etc.)
AI-powered analytics and recommendations
Growth entry management
Permission and compliance governance

3. Account Registration and Security

Using the Service requires account registration. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Safeguard your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized use
Not share or transfer your account to others

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam, fraudulent messages, or unsolicited commercial communications
Infringe on others' intellectual property or other rights
Upload content containing viruses or malicious code

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the damage.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access in the following circumstances:

Failure to pay applicable fees
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Wuxi.
